When I went through the check out screens it said that the credit would apply on the 4th screen. I did have to enter my credit card info and then the next screen showed the credit applied. At that point it said to review everything and click "place order". I wouldn't worry about putting in your CC info-- it seemed to work fine. If at the last screen the credit was not applied automatically I would do the "live chat".

This happend to my Mom's book as well. What she/we had to do this morning (about 11:00 AM) was click on the "live chat" button (it said there was half an hour wait time, it was more like 45 minutes), however, she (chat lady) checked the account, could not find the deposited credit, and immediately provided a link for us to click... instantly a credit appeared! Try this approach and I bet you will be fine!

Thanks you guys..I was afraid to continue without a coupon code. It did mention earlier that a discount would be applied at the "review " screen, but when I saw a place for a code I freaked..so I entered my CC info, continued to the next screen and the discount was applied. I hope it turns out, I ended up having to go back and download more pictures..it would have been nice if they had said exactly how many images they needed, but I did it and we will see how it turns out!

ETA..I'd like to say that creating that book was fun, but it was a HUGE PITA. It took forever for me to figure it all out, and then downloading all those pictures..I just finally let it go overnight. I have no idea how it will turn out..but I am sure it will be well worth the $7.00+my aggravation. I don't do well on-line creating...

Not meaning to sound ungrateful to the PP who first posted this freebie, it actually is quite AWESOME!! thanks!

Also, you can check credits that you have under your account (before checkout or even before beginning your book)!

My book credit was there immediately, my Mom's never did show up (even though her initial registration/sign-up was identical to mine and acted like it would)... we both got the same confirmation page.

When my "live chat cs rep" checked, Mom's account did not show a credit according to the CS rep, and she immediately posted a link for Mom to click and discontinued the call. That, coupled with my looooong wait for the live chat, leads me to believe my Mothers problem was more than likely not an isolated case!

I cannot even imagine how many people took advantage of this offer! It was/is an amazing deal! Even with having to spend an extra hour helping Mom... it was well worth it! Oprah is so popular that this freebie hit a much broader audience than most do!

I can't wait to see my book! I did a "through the school years" type book, as DS graduates this year. I scanned in artwork, ribbons, newspaper articles, and pictures and kind of chronicled his school "career"!

I have a zillion scrapbook items and pictures... but no time to do the books! If this digital book turns out to be awesome when it arrives, I may make a few more (I was thinking birth - preschool, k-4, 5-8, and 9-12 in much more detail than this free book will be)! I figure the books could be easily displayed on a table for those attending DS grad party to look through (my sister did this for my nephew, but with actual embellished scrapbook pages, not digital, but they were a big hit)!

Anyway... good luck to all still working on your books! Again, night-time rocked for me so if you are having trouble, or it's really slow, try it then! And if your credits never seem to show up, live chat will help!

I am now the proud owner of THREE wallflowers, and I am not done with them yet. They are so wonderful, not like the Glade and other brands which smell skanky to me. I love the Wallflowers and it is my goal to have one in every room of my house now..so thanks for my new addiction y'all.. (I got one today free with a purchase of hand sanitzer-$1.75. I was ALMOST embarrassed to do this..ALMOST!)

Thanks to you for your help!! Wow, you are definitely artistic! I just downloaded as many pics as I thought would fit..Some are totally unrelated, but oh well...

And just a reminder, correct me if I am wrong..but tonight the ability to get the credit expires, right? And then you still have til Sunday night to complete your book..Is this correct? Just wanted everyone to know that time is running out!!

Yay... the code went through for you! I am happy it worked! My Mom was very frustrated, as she is not real comfortable with the computer period, let along tackling something like this, so she came over for assistance this morning! I just wanted to say thanks! Especially to those of you who post the sticker freebies! My DS5 has a sitcker "thing". You know how some kids suck their thumbs, and some have a special blanket, etc...well mine has to have a sticker when he goes to bed and at other times throughout the day. He puts it between his fingers and sticks and unsticks them. So needless to sa we go through a lot of tape and stickers at this house. So ANY freebie stickers are great!! So THANKS!!!

We have a very nice store....they feed my addiction in the nicest manner! They let me break my coupons up into a million purchases so I can use all those darn coupons. Tell me about it. I even got my freebie phobic DH to go with me tonight so he could get a free one too. Now I'm up to 4. Mine will be Christmas gifts and any extras will go very nicely in my bathrooms. My personal favorite is the Creamy Caramel. But, my store doesn't carry that one. I have to order it online. So, I'm hoping for a good Black Friday sale so I can stock up on refills.

My mall used to have 2 B&BW stores in it. But, last year they opened up a third store then shut down the other 2. There is a B&BW down the road from my mall. But it is at the Tanger Outlets. The coupon is not good at B&BW outlets locations though.
