It keeps telling me that my rewards number and my last name don't match.

For all you new folks, we have a great site for "chatting", esp in regards to our great freebies. Just wanted to let you know. A lot of us need to skim quickly through the "freebie" site during our work breaks, etc. but then later when time is not an issue, we curl up to the computer with coffee in hand and use the FREAP chat site to sit and visit with one another, chatting about our freebies and other areas of interest. Would not want the newies to miss out on such a great site.

About the Famous Footwear code, I called customer service and they said it was because that code was not issued to my rewards number. It seems they have set up a system to make sure one person cannot spread their code amongst a number of people

I did however go into a Famous Footwear store with the coupon printed out and they allowed me to use it there. I got a completely free pair of shoes.

They did check to see if it matched my rewards number, but let me get away with it anyway.

My famous footwear let me use 2 coupons! One for my hubby and one for my son! I had 4 printed out hoping that everyone in my family could get a pair, but the cashier said although we were only supposed to use one, the computer didn't seem to care, but that was all that she was going to allow for one day....then she said to come back tomorrow? Doesn't really make sense, if the computer will take them then why do I have to come back? We were all 4 there! But oh well...my hubby said not to make a stink, so we will be going back tomorrow!
