Do I have to have a reservation number to join. I know our dates and that we are staying in one of the all stars (was going to do pop but it is now more expensive) but I have not made the reservation yet...waiting on some kind of deal but we are going Jan 20th-Jan29th.

Hello all!
I have a question for those of you getting the fridge that don't stay at Sports.... and don't have a car.... How did you get the fridge to either Movies or Music? Did you call Sports luggage service to bring the fridge to you? Or did you walk there and request it? I'm arriving early on Magic Express and will be dropped at Movies. Just trying to figure out a way that has been successful in the past to get the fridge over to Movies. Any suggestions would be great! And also returning it to Sports... what has been a good way that you may have used? I don't want this fridge to disappear!! LOL Thank you!!!!!! 11 more days til I'm in the World....

I believe you can borrow a luggage cart from the resort. You leave your license with them so they know you will return it, and you can walk it through the lot to whichever All Star you are picking up from. If the person before/after you is able to do a face to face swap, maybe they can meet you in your resort parking lot. You should check which resort the person after you is in, as it may not be Sports. Don't sweat it- I'm sure others will have suggestions as well. I know one year the resort had already put the fridge in our room before we checked in, so don't forget to bring the next person's info. Oh, please remember to tip luggage services if they help you.

Thanks Frannn for your advice. I have only ever done this with a car before so I am unsure as to the best way to get the fridge from A to B.

Aww, I'm so sorry but your dates are already taken (see list in post #2 of this thread). I will add you as reserve and if the dates become available, I will let you know immediately.

We are planning to stay at the All-Stars from February 6 - 10th, 2012. I see those dates are already taken, but might we be put on your "Reserve" list in case those dates open up, please? We have not booked which hotel (because I need to wait until Southwest posts their airfares for those dates, which should be mid-July '11) but would greatly prefer Movies or Music.
We'd be thrilled not to have to pay for a fridge and are willing to keep it clean and make sure it gets where it's supposed to go properly at the end of the stay if an opening comes up for those dates. Thanks very much!

Hi...Not a problem. I can certainly add you as reserve on our list if you want but before I do, check the other All Stars fridge swap first here. Just tell them I sent you . I think your dates are still open on there. I hate to lose swappers but if we can help in any way to secure you a fridge for your trip, we are happy to do so.
