Thank you so much for pointing out that other swap...I had not seen it. We did manage to secure our dates on the "Minnie" Fridge swap so we don't need to be listed as Reserve here for Feb. 6 - 11th , 2012 anymore. Thanks again for helping us take a step toward making our first trip to WDW happen!

Thank you so much for letting us know . I will check my reserve list before opening up the dates. It is when exemplary swappers like yourself, who keep us informed of any changes, that help keep the fridge swap running smoothly. Hi everyone

Time is moving so fast and in 23 days I will be winging my way from the UK, a 10 hour flight , across the Atlantic to the MAGIC

When I am there, I am going to stick some new posters to the fridge so it is easily recognisable when collecting it. The posters will be similar to the ones in the photo of the fridge in the first post of this thread. If you look at post #36 you will see the poster I have made - as close to the original as possible - to stick on the front and sides of the fridge. I am doing this because I have been told by returned swappers that the current posters are ripped or missing. I will take photos of the fridge with its new decorations and replace the picture in the first post. I recommend right clicking on the photo when I have uploaded it and saving to your computer. You can then print a copy off and take it with you. IN the event of Disney saying they can't find the fridge, you can show them your picture of it and hopefully it will help to locate it.

"The fridge was great and is now waiting for (thekylers)! Wow people aren't kidding when they said leave it on 1. I put it on 2 to cool quick and everything froze! "

Hi - I am interested. Im about to book a trip for all star sports from the 4th or 5th to the 10th or 11th, but be happy with it until the 8th if its availalble, then we would just rent a fridge for the remainder of our stay.

Is this possible?

The dates are yours pending reservation details . Please PM me your contact details (full name, cell phone number and I will add you to the list. As soon as you have booked, you can send me your confirmation number and your dates on the list will be confirmed. However, please see the next message I am about to post...

I understand that reservation details for trips far in advance may not yet be available. However, until I have all details, if someone comes along who has booked and has a reservation number, they will get priority for the dates but you will be contacted first to give you a fair chance to send your full details. If you still haven't booked your trip but are still hoping for the dates, I will place you on the reserved list. I hope you understand why I am thinking about doing this. People who are thinking about a trip but who haven't yet booked, may find that their dates are unavailable when they actually try to book, whereas others may have a confirmed reservation but have no fridge and want to know if they can get in a fridge swap. I have no problem keeping a reserves list but it has to be a fair one. I really don't want people with confirmed reservations to be in a reserve position on my list while others take the dates but have not yet booked their trip. Please let me know what you all think about this and I will go along with what everyone considers the fairest way to manage this
