Well I'm upset! I finally finished this thing and I went to check out. It started with the book as full price when checking out like it said it would. Then right before the final click to purchase button or whatever it just had the $7.51 for shipping & taxes and then my confirmation page and everything else shows $39.57! (sorry for the run-on)!

So I tried calling several times and nothing. I e-mailed them and hope they fix this asap!

Mine messed up too It was $9 something when I went to check out and when I clicked through it charged me $41 and that is pending in my account. Of course, live help was available earlier, but not now.

Thank You for posting this. I made my book today. Took me a few hours to get it all together with the right backgrounds and layout that I wanted. I made it with pictures of my kids for my mom for Christmas. I used about 50 pictures. I hope it comes out alright.

For those of you having problems.
like I did
I found that internet explorer took FOREVER!! & ever...
I switched over to mozilla & didn't have any more problems with red pages or swirling loading. I did , though have to reboot a couple times when the program just wouldn't let me drag anything ( but I think its because my computer is sooo full of stuff it only had so much memory), after that I was off & running again.

I spent wayyyyyy less time on mozilla, than I did on IE!

also, when you sign onto snapfish, use the HELP button, it will give you a link to pick to get the credit in your account, after you go through that link, check your account it should have the credit listed for a FREE book.

when you check out, you need to get past the page where you enter your credit card information. then the next page is where you confirm your order & the credit is listed there. if it is NOT don't hit the ok button.

I never could figure out the 1st page of the book it still listed an error if I tried changing anything BUT 1 large picture ( it wanted to do a keyhole cover) BUT my cover of choice was not keyhole,, but one large picture,, so I guess when I get it I'll see.

I've never donw a phot book before but I have my credit waiting for me. I want to make a cookbook for my daughter of family recipes and then add pictures of her and the recipe's author. How do I put the written recipe in? Can I type it in on the site or should I take a picture of the recipe?
