Ordered on Sunday 8/2.

Was told I'd hear from them within 2 business days.

Nada.

I called last week, they said delivery would be the 15th.

Great...except no one showed. (We were home all day as we're all sick.)

I called on Monday morning (8/17). I told the rep that no one showed and that my account online is showing a delivery date of 9/7. I said I doubted anyone would be here on 9/7 because it's Labor Day.

After much time on hold they said they were attempting to reach my local 'depot'. No luck. So they were leaving a message on the cell phone of the depot manager and he would get back to me.

That was 4 days ago...still no word...

(ETA: Just checked the online account again and now it's been changed to a delivery date of 8/24. We'll see!)

I finally got mine Tuesday..was supposed to om Thursday, but that's ok. They also talked me into a half price S'mores box...and said to check the website for specials (their catalog is more expensive than I remember!)

My delivery date was yesterday and like many of you they did not show. I just logged into my account and it tells me that the order deadline for delivery on 8/21 has passed (originally it was 8/20) and an order placed today will be delivered 10/1 - they can keep it!!!

My order of sweet cream cheese pretzels came in the week after I ordered.

Ironically, my DS (5) picked these out; my DH is the one who ended up eating most of it.

After checking out the catalog, I think there was maybe 3 items I'd be willing to try again, for the asking price. Way better deals at Winco or SuperWalmart!

ordered on monday. came today.

ordered the corn dogs and pretzels at the door. The delivery person was very nice and new to the route. I wasn't at home when they came by and I called...came back this afternoon when I was at home.

I thought it was crazy that the freezer bag charge was $5. but the rep explained that we could use it each time...so in the future ...if I order, I'll get the freezer bag.

I ordered mine last Friday, and I got it today!! The man was very nice and said he is in my neighborhood on Fridays! (when I placed the order it said it would be here Wed)

The only two items I wanted are on back order....mozzarella sticks and triple lemon frozen yogurt. The lemon yogurt sounds SO delicious.

I watched yesterday as the Schwan's delivery truck visited several houses in my neighborhood and then it drove away....considering I placed my order 3 weeks ago, I guess that is a sign that I'm not getting what I ordered (frozen muffin pucks for free, plus roasted sweet potatos that I was going to pay for).
