Well, we just booked our trip with Free Dining! Success!!! We thought it would be worth making this our first post. Yes, we're giddy.

Uh-oh. Just got the old "I have to call guest services," and she put me on hold.

DV holders, you can call and book now!
BTW, my CM didn't even ask for a pin. I told her that I had been informed that I could book and get it. She confirmed that I could and didn't even ask for a code.
I was only on hold about 5 minutes.

No, but she asked me a few different times if this were our case, because we have a 2 different rooms.. I wonder if there are even more issues in this area..
When I initially called and asked are they offering FD to DV holders she hesitated, and said UH.. well are you a DV card holder?.. what in the world?

She said it's the first day for the new code, so they just want to make sure everything goes through okay.

Oh yeah--CM confirmed it's the "Plus" dining with one TS, one CS and one snack per day. And I'm booking at Pop. For those who were worried it might be the QSDDP plan, or the QSDDP for value resorts.

Well, now I am hold again too. The CM told me that I had it; then she put me on hold. She has not come back yet with a confirmation number or anything. It is getting me nervous.

I have been on hold at least 5 minutes too!

ETA: I am listening to, "So This is Love" from Cinderella. I have to admit I like this one. It makes the hold a little better.

over on resorts alot of people are being told to call back! Seems like they are having problems...the wait time is easy its the verifying that you have disney visa that takes awhile.......
