Free Dining/ticket Question

We are doing free dining in September. Will have a 9 day park hopper w/water park option added on. My question is when we get there can I upgrade those tickets to an annual pass?? I'm thinking of going next June for Star Wars weekends and I thought this might be a way to save $ in the long run.

A thought I read somewhere that if you have a PH that includes water parks the only AP you could upgrade to was the Premium (because it includes the water parks). That may be what you intended, but if not, you might want to see if you can change the ticket media to a standard PH in order to get the regular AP. Can anyone else verify this?

I read the same thing, if your ticket has the water park option, you have to upgrade to a PAP

Just go to any guest relations at one of the parks and they know what to do. We did the same thing, (but without the water park option) at the MK and it went very smoothly.

Do you have to buy an AP for everyone on your card? We are also going in Sept., and have the 10 day hopper, I was thinking of getting an AP for DS and I. None for DH since he will have a conference to attend next time we go to Disney, hopfully.

Not quite accurate. You only have to upgrade to PAP if you have used some portion of the ticket you're upgrading.

If the ticket is unused, you can upgrade to AP or PAP... you choice.

Nope. You can upgrade only those you want to.
