free dining question

We are thinking of altering our dates to enjoy free dining. My DH and 2 sons would arrive at night and I would be there 1 1/2 days later. Can he check in, get my magic band and head to the room? Do they need to see both adults? I just found out I can't get out of work until the 23rd but he and the boys can arrive the 21st

As long as he is on the reservation, yes.

Yes, we are checking in on nov. 19 to get free dining, and are in 2 rooms. My DD and her BF can't miss that much school and are flying down 2 days later. I just had to put myself as the main guest in their room because I was told while booking that as long as the main guest is there to check the room in, it's fine. I even set up magical express to bring them 2 days later even though we are already checked in.

You need to make DH the lead guest on the reservation and everything will be fine.

My husband flew down and arrived after I did with our boys one trip. Nobody even asked where he was - they don't care as long as the named person on the room is checking in.
