I know. We have been signed up for magical express for months, but still have not received them...and our trip is before the person going at the end of Oct. I am thinking, in the past, they came with all the other paperwork...but I could be totally wrong?

We are booked at the Poly Oct 19-Oct 25 and neither the 30% RO nor the FD work for us since there is no availability left at the Poly for Oct 24 & Oct 25 so I'm locked out of any deals. I'm hoping that eventually things will open up and I'll get some kind of discount.

I have been trying to book the Poly Oct 19-27 without luck. Today I was playing around with different dates and it was available for Oct 19-30, but not 19-27. I booked it for Oct 19-30 and immediately called to have the last 3 days taken off. It seems kind of crazy, but it worked for me. I have a new confirmation with the correct dates.

When did you pay off your trip? We're going Oct. 5th, but have not recieved anything, yet. We just paid off our trip yesterday. The CM told me we would receive things about three weeks before our trip.

That link stopped working for me Thursday. Now it just takes me to the main page. I was also told that it was more meant for travel agents to use.

And sorry TD, I thought you were talking about your resort package only.

Ok. Thanks. I never filled that form out before. I suppose, since the trip is now paid off...and coming up soon ....everything will arrive shortly. I doubt they would send that stuff if the trip was not paid off.

I still remember when I was younger and I was on one of the buses with my parent's my dad and the driver were talking about how expensive Disney was and the driver said "Hey, you know what MGM stand's for right?" and my dad said "Metro Goldwyn Meyers" and the driver laughed and said "No, it stands for Mighty Greedy Mouse"

LMAO! So true. I can't believe how much this trip is costing me. I must be crazy but I have not had a vacation in 5 years and the last 5 years have been a real struggle for my family. We are due for some fun.

He was saying both. That there was no availability under the promo AND that he hadn't been able to book anyone there even without the promo.

It all centers around the "availability" as long as you check into the resort within a date that the FD promo is running you can get the FD for 14 days. The catch is if any of your days are not available in the rooms allotted for the promo then you can only book what is available.

Rooms showing up in the rack rate has no barring on the promotion as they are separate inventories.

If you can book the 17-21 I would do so and book 21-23 at rack rate.

This is what I don't get. They make rooms available during black out days to cover the FD up to 14 days. But I'm checking in during the promo but can only get it for the first 5 of my 7 day trip.

No it's more like, since there is no FD during the blackout's then they just allow people to book into them since there is no pool to pull from, I think. But I remember someone saying the other day that Columbus day weekend was off limits to them which I didn't think was very fair since there check-in was within the promo dates.

I think your situation isn't fair either though, if you are booking in on an available day then your stay, up to 14 days, should all be covered.

You get all of the photos on a CD.

If you want old fashioned paper pics, you have to have them printed somewhere. I wouldn't let disney do it, costs an arm and a leg. But Walgreens has good deals,....
