No worries. We'll keep going to part 3....4....5...
Dissolves? Who said anything about being dissolved? We'll start a part 3 and carry on of course!!!
Hey baby!
Yea we got a deal of sorts . Basically upgraded to deluxe dining for about the same price as we had regular dining. We saved about 200.00 too. That single day (november 9) really killed any kind of a great deal.
Tough to look at 2 days with a single day ticket costing over 1400.00. How did you do?

Anybody know how Disney handles late check-in? I assume (hope) that it wouldn't be a problem if I arrive for an Oct. 2nd check-in in the wee hours (say 0100 on Oct. 3rd)?
I think I've been reading this thread too long (I have actually read all of both parts... sad I think).
We have a res for Oct. 5th -> Oct. 12th - no FD or RO that worked, but it matched school break.
Figured out if I went for Oct. 2nd -> Oct. 12th (two more days in the parks) I could save $737. That gets me Coronado Springs (never stayed there) standard vs. Riverside riverview.
So now I have to drive down in one evening (after school on Wednesday) and DS has to miss one class of import. He's partially online schooled, so that part can be dealt with, just two physical school classes.
Got to discuss that with the teacher involved.
Maybe I'm crazy.
The said that last year too , but the same scenario was in place. It was the busiest day at MK that week. F&W ends Sunday I think.
Even though it was the busiest MK day , it was not bad and very manageable.
We are also going to MK 13 and 15...
Kk when we get closer to M day, shoot me a PM and maybe we can meet up for a Mickey Bar!
Before this hits 250 and the group dissolves....what do you all think of touring plans and the lines app associated w/it? Is it worth it to pay the $11.95 yearly fee, or is free stuff good enough?
Question! There is a lot of debate over deluxe dining actually being "worth it"
Do you plan on eating every penny worth, or are you doing it because then it's all paid for and there's no need to carry extra money (besides tip and drinks)?
We've always done it because its "easier". This year however, we're staying CL, so I'm not sure what to do. DH doesn't know about the CL yet ( a little surprise ), but keeps telling me to upgrade to deluxe. We did get FD so really we'd be paying the same that I originally intended to when I booked back in May. Any thoughts??
Well, either got lost in the shuffle, or nobody likes me enough to answer
(or I missed the answer... not like it's not been busy).
I've checked in late in the past, but was never on the last day of a special deal...
Call the resort ahead of the trip and let them know!
Ah the eternal question.... We are foodies, so we have double credit meals almost every day. We will also use a few TS credits for QS.
Being you could easily spend 200.00 at Narcossees or Cindy's we find it not only convenient but a pretty good deal.
Its definitely alot of food, we always have snack credits left over. But we stop and buy candy at Epcot and rice krispie treats for the drive home.
We also usually do room service one night , which the kids love.(2 credits)
I think its worth it , if you use the credits at the signature dining places. We are actually waiting for California grill to reopen . Hopefully before our trip so we can eat there too!
There is no doubt its more convenient and you do not have to worry about what the cost of your meal it. Lobster and steak every night ! Now thats my idea of a vacation!
I suggested every goto a "recovering with friends from Aug 1st FD trauma"
Ill subscribe.....
Just wondering, who got FD at POR for nov 11-16? I tried Thursday. Got a cm at 7:30 am. No luck. We were disappointed to give up the royal room but are getting excited about AoA. Switched today. Not saving as much but ok with it.

While Photopass is awesome, I would still take your camera. Not all characters will have a Photopass photographer. Also, there are no photographers inside the actual restaurant, so you will need your camera there, too. We average 300 Photopass pics per trip (by the time I edit them, I end up with over 1000), but I still end up with hundreds (if not a thousand) personal pics. You never know when you will run into a bit of magic. Photopass can't capture it all.![]()
If you purchase the photo pass do you still have to pay for each individual pic when you order them when you get home? Sorry if that didn't make sense. Lol. If you don't then how many pics do you receive for $149?
