Anyone notice when you try to change a dining reservation it tells you that there is a conflict and won't let you book a new time without canceling the original one first? I used to get a message saying the old one would be held until confirmation of the new one went through but that's not happening today.

This is what I've seen every time I've cancelled and rebooked one (since our trip in January and the upcoming one in November). I've done this a lot and never had a problem with the new one not going through. But it seems to do it in one fluid motion. I get the "are you sure you want to cancel" pop up message and then it schedules the new one kinda at the same time.

I used the numeric reservation that comes with a room only res and also found and tried the corresponding numeric number for my letter/number reservation number for my package res when doing online check in. Neither one worked. : (

Even though iv'e had my magic bands customized for 2 weeks and yesterday was the last day to customize them, I got some mail today inviting me to help test mymagic+ and my bands need to be customized by October 16. Does this mean I will be receiving multiple magic band shipments in the mail? I hope not. Seems kind of unorganized.

no the invites are way late.

I received the MB last Friday. Saturday I got an e-mail and snail mail invite.

I hope the line isn't too bad. I wonder if there will be a way for me to wait while DH takes DS4 for a walk or something? I am guessing that everyone has to be present at the head of the line for ordering/payment (with our Magic Bands/QSDP)??

Maybe we'll get some pixiedust upon arrival at our resort and be offered a FP

I think read it opens at 10:30 AM and to get in line about 10:15 (? I think?). Sounds like a nice place to brunch. After hearing about some of the real problems others have had with their MDE accounts after trying to make BoG FP+, I'm not about to go back and try again! As aym4Him said, maybe we'll find pixie dust when we check in.

I had to do a split stay. My magic band page shows that i can order and customize bands for each ressie. The first ressie is for 1 night.

Do I need to do MB for each one? Or can I just make one set and link both reservations?

We are doing a split stay. Both pofq. We customized 2 sets of bands

I have the same type of reservation: 1st night room only then a package. I customized MBs for the package and did nothing for the room only, got two sets in the mail. One the customized and then the room only came all grey because I did not bother to customize. Disney CM recommended I bring both sets so that is what I am doing. Leaving tomorrow morning!
