Free Dining in Nov???

My sister thought she saw something mentioned about free dining around the november time. Has anyone else heard or saw anything about this?

If you look on the codes board, some people have reported getting e-mail pincodes for free dining up until Oct 11th, around Nov 9-22nd and about a week in Dec (third week?).

Yes, email pin codes are now offering free dining at different times.

Only those who receive the emails can use them.

Quick ? about the free dining. How many meals a day is that? Is it a snack, CS and TS all or just one of these. My friend is leaving in two days for 2 weeks and Disney and said you only get one meal on the free dining per day.

Please no flaming if the answer is posted.....I just am too exhausted to continue searching for it. LOL If someone gets the code and wont be using it, can it be passed on to another person who can use it? I have received a few great codes in the past, but had to allow them to expire. Plus, I will be down there in Oct, and I did not receive a code, but may know someone who did (not sure though). Thanks for the info.

Not exactly. You are allotted one snack credit, one TS credit and one CS credit per person, per NIGHT (not day) of your resort stay. You have until midnight of your checkout day to use up all your credits. You don't have to use one of each credit each day, you could mix them up if you want (i.e. use 2 CS credits and a snack one day, 2 TS credits, 1 CS credit and 2 snacks the next day, up until the point where you run out of credits or they expire, whichever comes first)

The friend who said you only get one meal per day apparently considers a "meal" to be table service. Even then, you don't necessarily have one TS per day. It depends on how you choose to use your credits.

PIN codes can only be used by the person who receives them.

If your friend does not understand how to use the dining plan she is going to run into problems. Is she aware that some restaurants cost 2 TS credits?
