Free Dining (Dec) promotion question

OK...not for me, for another friend considering a December trip:

Free dining ends on December 20th.

SHE can't make it down til Dec 21st.

If she makes a ressie for her family, checking in on Dec 20th, and SHE goes down to join them on Dec 21st:

A) There are no issues.
B) They will have free dining throughout their stay because they check in on the last day of the promotion.

All that assuming there are still FD rooms to be had for her time frame at her resort choice.

If I am understanding you correctly, her family would check in on the 20th but she would not be there until the 21st.

If so the biggest issue that I could see would be making sure that the reservation is in the name of someone who will be checking in on the 20th.

Yes, if her family checks in on the 20th then they will receive the FD promotion for the length of their stay up to 14 days.

Thanks. That's what I thought, but wanted to double check before I confirmed wrong information to her.

I suggested she put the ressie in her husbands name...which is no big deal.
