We booked Pop with the Disney Visa FD offer and paid the deposit. Do I have to pay off the remaining balance with the Disney Visa as well?

Random question for those of you with more experience. We are going to be in Disney from 11/25 to 12/1. In the past has Disney released any PIN codes (FD, % off) for those dates or at least a Room Only discount. We would love to stay on site (stayed offsite first time last year) but hoping for at least a modest discount somewhere.

We booked Almost the same dates 11/25- 11/30 over Thanksgiving with a discount, but it was through a travel agency "agency exclusive" rate. I don't know what the % off is, we got the BC in a standard room for 5 nights with 5 day park hoppers for about $2754.

I have a question. I am booked with Free Dining from 11/9-11/18. I just found out the my sons middle school might have basketball tryouts starting on the 17th. If they follow last years schedule, then they will start on the 17th. So, I will have to adjust my dates. I just went online and checked, but there are no free dining options available at my current resort for the 11/9-11/16. Will I lose the Free Dining I have if I adjust my package or will I keep it since I already had it for those date, but am just reducing the number of nights there?

No, you can pay the remaining however you would like. But if you did, you could get more reward dollars towards your trip

6nights was just one of the packages. It said at the bottom ask disney about other lengths of stays

Usually that week is blocked out. The final date on the free dining GP offer is 11/20 and the final date on the Pin is 11/22. As long as you check in on a day free dining is offered, you can extend it throughout your trip up to 14 days. As for RO, I have personally never heard of that for that week.

2012 we went down with free dining starting the Friday after Thanksgiving.

Both stays were at POR.

The 'offer' they show u is just a suggestion u have to stay 3nights and buy 2 days tickets. I asked because we had a split stay but combined it into one with the FDing PIN. It said it ad the bottom of the offers page

Yes in 2012 we went the saturday after Thanksgiving and got FDing at POR

I too was able to take advantage of FD right after Thanksgiving in 2012, however, in 2013, we had to switch our dates to BEFORE thanksgiving, as the first two weeks in December were blocked out of the GP offer. The 1st week of December was included in the pin code offer for FD last year, but this year, the first two weeks of December are excluded from the pin code offer AND the GP offer. I don't know if this will remain the trend, but as of right now, early December is not looking like a good time for discounts.

Just price out the dates (4 nights) in the room, etc. you have on the web, just don't add dining. That should be the same price as the FD offer (sorry if you're doing the room discount, I'm loosing track )

The PIN requires a 5night stay but the general public offer requires a 3night minimum and yes just price out a 4night stay with no dining. Thats what i do
