Im having more anxiety today with the unofficial limitations...having a family of 5 makes Disney planning quite tricky...

Just making sure, we have a Disney Visa but do not use it and haven't in years. Do we have to use it to pay the deposit? Ide much rather use something else. Thanks!

If you want to book tomorrow then you need to use the Disney Visa. :)

Has anyone been able to confirm the dates or resorts? Hoping POR is NOT excluded, so sad if it is, its the best route for us larger families.

I just got an e-mail from Disney Rewards.
But it was for a complimentary gift when you buy Aladdin tickets.
Well, at least I know they have my correct e-mail!

I did too! was all excited for people wanting FD this year. then I looked more closely. :rotfl2:

No luck.
CM said they got a memo saying the code had been accidentally released too soon by Chase and they could not honor it until it actually becomes active, though she would not say when that would be.

Just don't understand how some people are managing to get the code to activate the discount, and oths are not.

Def think Chase and Disney need to get on the same page!!!

Almost the same thing happened last year, no worries I bet it's live tomorrow :)

I'm more excited to now find out if AOA suites are very much included, I was hoping so an now it's looking good again!

ok,

Called and spoke to "Diva" SUPER NICE!

I gave her the value code, she punched it in and definitely saw it. However, she said it has a begin date of May 2nd. Then she said, well dont worry, because the public wont get it till the 7th. She gave me the exact dates Joe gave out.

So, the code is there, and it looks like its 99.9% happening tomorrow. She didn't hold back with any of her info, just laid it all out there :)

Wish she would have went ahead and applied it though, lol

**PS - She asked if the first 5 digits on my card were 4266 90 - and that, that is what was eligible.......

The cards that start with that are eligible today? Or those are the ones eligible tomorrow?

This is exactly what happened to me as well.

:cool1: hopeful for tomorrow :yay:
My DH is getting so into it too.:thumbsup2

So if you already have a qualifying resort reservation, do we just have to ask Disney to apply it? Or do we have to give the pin code AND make an additional $200 deposit on the DV card?

Again thank you everyone for your efforts and to Black for his contributions!

I just talked to a CM that said the same thing.
No luck.

Random question-

I want to book 10 nights. Part of our party wants 7 day tickets, the others want 10 day. Can I book everyone 7 day and then add the 3 days to specific bands/tickets when we get there?

The extra 3 days will be at the beginning of the trip. Does that effect us in any way? I assume we won't put those people as the head of that room.

I just called again after failing the first time and this time it took. Free dining checking in 11/1-11/9 at the Contemporary. Keep trying folks!
