Freakin out!

Okay, I am freaking out....I am on hold because the CM cant find my ressies!! Supposed to be split stay-1st thru 4th at POFQ and 4th thru 8th at BWI. The longer I hold, the more upset I am getting...

Still waiting-its been about 20 minutes!

they must have some big computer glitches. The exact same thing happened to me on Thursday, when I was trying for the new code. They eventually found the ressie.

I called today and they had trouble finding ME! She tried looking it up by name and zip and it wouldn't bring it up. I finally asked if she could do it by phone number and that worked. It was a little before the time of your post so the computers must have been acting wonky! Hope they finally found you!

I was so upset on the phone today! We are leaving in the morning(or today rather) and after 45 minutes, they finally found it. I don't what was up, but it took forever.

I was really getting upset, because I had read a story on these boards about someone's ressie getting lost. Wild things were running through my head!

Anyway, all is okay and we are set to go!
