FP weirdness for March at DHS

I did the update the day after it was released.

My 7dmt was changed and it did not convert. Just stuck with an 8:50 time even after calling CS

I’ve had my MFSR FPs replaced twice now with muppets and Disney junior.
And both times I was able to change it back. But it didn’t add anytime FPs instead, so this hasnt been of any benefit, but just a headache this morning.

I'm curious if everyone that has been affected did the app update. I have fp for that week and none of this has happened to me but I also haven't (and won't) update the app

My issues were for Star Tours and TSM made between 8 and 9am on 3/5 and 3/6.
I used my laptop.

My app was updated and my TSM was changed - twice now - to the same ride but times that don't work for us This is really nuts!

Me yesterday: Gosh, it would have been so much fun to be at WDW the week MMRR opens! Wish I could have made that happen.

My app did update. But I just got the FP that changed from my laptop this morning, there was a drop of evening FOP's in March due to the hours change at AK.

Okay, now my second attempt at booking an 8 a.m. hour Toy Story Mania also got changed to a multi experience. I booked it a third time.

So now I have three fastpasses for four people. Plus one multiexperience anytime fastpass for 8 guests. I have no idea how this will actually end up working.

What I don't understand is why when Disney has their phones down and everything glitching- why not have a phone message that says,
"Hey- don't bother staying on hold for an hour- no one's going to answer! Call back later!"

I now have 3 any time fast passes, originally for SDD, MF and TS. First one was at 8:05 then 5 after on the hour. This is crazy, did not update the app. Date is March 5.
