FP+ question re: ride breakdown and FP+ replacement

We had a FP+ for Expedition Everest yesterday but it was canceled because the ride was down near park closing. Got an email from WDW stating that we can present our Magic Bands at any FP+ attraction by 12/26 to replace the EE FP+. Can we use the FP+ at Anna & Elsa at MK 12/26 or does the replacement have to be at AK? TIA for any help and Merry Christmas!

It will need to be in AK, and it doesn't always include ALL of the FP+ attractions...even if there is no tiering at that park.

This past summer we had a FP+ at one of the "less popular" attractions (can't remember if it was Buzz or HM) but it went down during our FP+ time. We were told we could substitute, but they only gave us a choice of certain attractions. We wanted to ride Space, but were not allowed...even though there is no tiering at MK.

Edited: Oh sorry...I just realized your substitution FP+ was for the next day. I don't know the answer to that one. Hopefully you can use it in the park you were planning on going to!

I know you asked about using it the next day at a different park, I am not sure about the answer for that. As far as for Anna and Elsa, one day when we were at MK space mtn was down and we got the email that we could use our fast pass at another ride, Anna and Elsa was exclude though. Not sure if in your case it will be different.

Check your FP+ listing via MDE app or kiosk as it should show replacement FP+ listed for closed and missed EE FP+, will also indicate when, where and which attractions can be used for the replacement FP+. Not sure if automatically transferable to any park but attraction list will be limited.

This past trip we got 3 anytime fastpasses and it included the mine train but excluded anna and elsa. Can you imagine the FP line if they were included lol.
