Hi,

We have a 9:20 reservation for some breakfast @ Grand Floridian on the same day we're going to Epcot. It is our final day and we will drive home sometime that day.

If the family were to go ahead to breakfast and I was at Epcot when it opened and ran and got a Fastpass for Soarin, does anyone have any idea what time it might give me?

I would then leave the park, go to breakfast, getting there late and then hopefully we can get back to Epcot and go on Soarin.

I remember that last year the Fastpasses were so late in the day, we would likely either be in the car or way at the other end of the park.

Thanks for your thoughts.

I was at just at Epcot last week, and got a FP for Soarin immediately after the park opened. The return time was 9:45 - 10:45.

When we were there on Christmas Day, we went straight to Soarin' and our return time was for within the hour. Hope this helps!:goodvibes

I was afraid they would come really fast. Does anyone have recent experience of using a FP that was from 9:30-10:30 at say 11:15 or anytime past the time on the FP? I have read someplaces that the people checking don't care, except on this popular ride :(

Everyone in your party has to enter the park before the FastPass machine will give FPs. They can come to the park and leave immediately but if their ticket hasn't been through the turnstyles - the FP machine won't give you a ticket.

do you think they would let me in with all the tickets and no one else with me? That way I could get in and use their tix to get the FP?

The tix are all hoppers and this is the only park we are doing that day anyway.

Nope, many, many people have had that same idea. But no, they will not.
Sorry for the bad news but just wanted to make sure you
knew before you went.

I have to agree with KathyLovesPooh. Our neighbor tried to do this last summer at Epcot. His family had slept in and he was going to go to Epcot first and get fastpasses and then meet them at DHS, but he could only run his ticket through, not anyone elses.
