Fox and the Hound had no Movie Rewards Code - Anyone Have this Happen?

That pretty much sums it up. I have sent a note through the contact link at the sweepstakes site. I am just wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them and managed to successfully get the code due to them.

Yes, I read about this on another forum.

Here is what they said:

There is a contact us button on the DVD Rewards site. I messaged them. They replied that they wanted a copy of my receipt and my name, address, etc. which I faxed to a number they gave me in the email. In two days a code was sent to me via email. Hooray!

I also received the same reply but I've yet to send my info to them yet. I didn't have the code for the Mickey Saves Santa DVD.

If anyone else did not receive an insert with a code, here is what I now know:

1. Call 1-866-246-8646
2. You will speak with a representative who will take down your personal information and ask for a number off the case of your DVD.
3. Then, you must fax your sales receipt showing the purchase of that DVD, along with your name, address, and phone number to 888-832-6001, Attn: Disney Movie Rewards
4. In theory, a code will then be sent to you via mail.
