Fountain drinks At BOG during lunch

I had an interesting observation during my lunch at BOG on the past Monday. It seems that the fountain drink is free for all! All the cups were there in the open. No CM checking your receipt to see what you have ordered. My conscious was calling so I only grabbed what I have paid for......

The hope is that everyone's conscious "calls" in those situations, but as we've seen from even posts here on the Dis, some don't adhere to that premise.

We had a CM check the receipt when our friend got just a cup of ice. They checked when delivering the food and saw 3 cups when only 2 were paid for. Nothing happened since it was just ice for our bottled water but not sure if something would have it it had soda in it.

If only everyone had their own Jiminy Cricket, it would be a much better world.

No different than most fast food places here. I rarely drink soft drinks so usually just order water. They hand me the same cup they hand everyone else and you go over to the machine and get your drink. It would be just as easy for me to put coke in my cup as water since all the employees are behind the counter and not even within eye sight of the drink machine. I don't since if I had wanted a soft drink I would have ordered one but I'm guessing the few people who do order water and get a soft drink don't really make a big dent or they would change the system.

Saw someone fill up their refillable mug one time at BOG...it's just...this is why we can't have nice things.
