Found the Perfect Disney Shoe

The "Neapolitan" color is actually pretty cute. I don't really like the chunkiness of the flip flop, but compared to regular Crocs, they look much better.
Luckily, I have no problems walking around the parks all day in regular old $3 Target flip flops. But I might try these out one day.

After reading this post last week I ordered a pair and received them last Wednesday! I have the Neopolitan color, I like the color of them.

I LOVE these shoes. They are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. The more I wear them, the more comfy I find them to be!

I got a pair of these. The only issue I have is that I have a wide foot, and they are not wide. The strap is kinda tight on my foot, even after baking them. They are comfy, but not sure I want a tight strap on my foot for hours. So I will just stay with the Crocs. Also, they seemed kinda short on the back, the end of my foot goes right to the very edge of them.

I ordered a size 11 in plum/lime, and I normally wear a 10 or 11 depending on the shoe. I hope these fit!

I bought the lime and purple in 11 and they fit fine. I do have a wide foot and I find that the more I wear them the straps do stretch a bit. I love these shoes.

It says on the site to buy a size larger if you wear a half size. Make sure to break them in before your trip. In the beginning I found the arch high but it settles down with wear. Enjoy!!!

Don't get me wrong, they are comfy as can be. But I must have a super wide foot, because when I was buying a pair of tennis shoes the other day, the guy helping me said, "let me get you a wide with" without me even asking. I do like them, and I wear them a lot hoping they fit better, so far one is, but not the other. Hope they do or I wont be taking them on my trip.....

I find the thong in between the toes to be a bit rough against my skin after a 20 min. walk. Doesn't sound like any of you find that ? I'll try to break them in and see if it gets better. But that's just my first impression. Also arch feels high too, maybe it's better after baking which I haven't done.

Funfun- The arch is really high in those shoes but does settle down after baking and wearing for a couple of days. I have only had mine for a week and they feel like slippers now. Good luck.

I decided to take a chance and order a pair. I got a pair from Mountiangear for $19.99+$4.95 shipping.

I'm not usually a flip flop girl, with wide feet that need support but at $25 I can take a risk. Do the thong thingies bother anyone? I only have one pair of "flip flops", a cheapo Target pair I bought a few years back, but I only wear them to the pool, and seldom even then. I have a pair of sporty slides I bought at Old Navy that are about 3yrs old and I've worn them to death. I really love slides (no toe thingie just a wide strap).

I also have a pair of Tevas I've worn every summer since I bought them for a WDW trip in 2000. They are awesome.

So am I the only one here who is lukewarm on flip flops? Do you worry about losing them on rides? I like my shoes strapped to my feet!

I was going to pick up my first set of crocs soon, I tried some on in the store yesterday. I know this is sort of OT, but how exactly are they supposed to fit? I had heard that they shouldn't touch your feet on the sides? I usually wear a 10W in womens, and there was no way I could wear a Large Beach. The XL touched the sides of my feet a bit but had room in the toes. The XXL was like clown shoes, no touching, but way too long. Am I not shaped right for crocs? My feet are pretty straight but wide, as in they don't flare out anyplace, just wide the whole length. Too bad crocs don't come in widths!

hi all - been reading about those amazing flip flops - can't wait to get my own pair. one more option for those of you who want "custom" support in regular shoes are these inserts that you can bake in the oven. you do the same - a few minutes at 250 degrees, you put them in your tennis shoes, put you feet in and lace them up like normal. it's a great feeling to have them molded to your specific feet. i have plantar facitis and very high arches, and they were recommended by my foot doctor. i bought them at a running store, though i can't remember the brand name. just thought i'd offer another option!
