Okay. The DW and I are taking our 2 DS to disney with our travel Trailer. We are thinking of taking 2 weeks for this vacation 2 days to get to disney, 2 days to get home from disney, and 10 days at DISNEY!
We are thinking of staying at fort wilderness and getting the DDP (Dining Plan). We would like to get the park hopper (I think, but not sure if the DS's, 4 and 5, will be up to it)
My question's are:
Is AAA the only discounts for this summer staying a fort Wilderness?
How long should I wait to book the trip?
What are some tips for the DDP?
Any other information that may help?
Thanks

Oct. will be our first trip camping at the fort. You should check availability right now. I had troble getting a res.. The dining plan is great but you do need to make res. at different rest. You can plan your dining 180 days out. We have a 5 and 3 yo and we do not buy the parkhopper. We go to the parks in the morning , go back to rest, and back to the same park at night.

We did FW this past June with our 5, 6, and 9 yos. We did the dining plan and did make reservations with the dining plan within a week of making our camping ressies. We did the park hoppers with our kids. It seemed to work fine as far as them not being tired. But you know your kids best. So work with what they can do.
