G'day to you, Frank - and everyone else!

I wish my own self would let me sleep in. I guess I'm conditioned from too many years of having to get up by 5:30 or 6:00. Our weather is supposed to be dry and hot until Tuesday or Wednesday. Then we're going to be getting something from "Ike". I hope it's just the outer bands and not the full brunt. I especially wish it doesn't travel the path of Fay. That area doesn't need any more "drama".

Phrase of the day: Nothing can give you joy like doing good things for others.

Good Morning Frank. I'm feeling pretty blessed this morning, Hannah turned out to be a non-event. Good amount of rain, but not too much wind. No branches down in the yard, almost no power outages in our county. So thanks to all the prayers for us Carolinians! You know what they say, "the effectual prayer of a righteous man avails much". I guess we must have one of those around here... somewhere Enjoy your beautiful weather, I'll enjoy my day indoors!

Good morning fellow Disney fanatics. I am a little slow out of the gate this morning, although I have done the office books for last month and paid my wife. Now it's off to the bank, Staples and the office for some maintenance work. Saturday is another work day for Jimmie.

I, for one, intend to do absolutely nothing constructive, esp related to work. Unless mowing the lawn counts as constructive (if it dries up a bit).

I was thinking about pouring some salt in my eye to check it out, but Rog already told me he hated the experience, so I'll stick with a football game on TV. Then again, that can almost BE like pouring salt in my eye!
