forced selling of higher cats

I' ve noticed something interesting...
About 10h ago I booked a cat 11a for the TA of next year. They also had oceanviews for barely 200 USD more but I prefer to be inside (light sleeper so don't like any light)
Anyways, I still had PLENTY of choices in stateroom to pick from in cat.11a and it was also not a GTY or other special price that could have boosted sales all of a sudden.
Now I checked again about 1.5h ago and all of a sudden they are not offering any cat.11a but only oceanview/verandah.
I found it hard to believe that these inside staterooms would all be gone in a matter of a few hours so I have a feeling they are trying to boost sales on the oceanviews to then put the insides on a GTY rate in a few weeks or so.
Anyone else had a similar experience in the past?

I have found this from time to time, I have also seen cruises disappear. If you clear your history it should be fine. I don't know if Disney does this on purporse or if the web site just stinks.

Same was happening from a different computer (I checked at work as well) so quite sure its done on purpose to boost sales of the ov and veranda...

I've never noticed such a pattern occurring with DCL. I think the category you were looking at sold out, maybe due to a group booking. There might have been a wedding, family reunion, or other event that caused someone to book a fair number of inside staterooms at once.

As a general rule, both the most expensive and least expensive categories of stateroom tend to sell out first.
