For those who don't really like buffets

Is there any character meals that are not buffet? I will do a buffet from time to time but it really never lives up to my expectations.

I would like to see characters at a regular sit down meal.

No characters at regular meals. The best you can find is Family Style character meals.

Ohana's breakfast, Garden Grill Dinner and CRT come to mind right away as ones that are family style.

I can't think of any character sit-down meals where you can choose from a menu but there are a few family style buffets where your table is served family-style from a standard menu.

Liberty Tree Tavern will have characters only until January 5, 2009, but yes it's another family style location that currently has characters.

CRT is not a buffet or family style.

At the Princess Meal in Norway you each order an entree. There is a salad bar/appetizer type buffet but you can always skip that. Dessert is a shared platter but at least this is a bit of a compromise.

CRT is a fixed-menu meal, though (you pay one price and choose from a menu, not assemble differently priced items a la carte). All character meals are buffets, family style or fixed-menu meals.
