Not sure what to think, but at the time of the opening it was reported by one of the major fan/news sites that one of the kitchens inside the hall that was being used as food service for the event, was outfitted with lighting and cameras. I'm not sure they've used that kitchen at all since.
This was from the official Disney Parks blog post the day before the opening. I don't know if they're using hyperbole when they say "show kitchen" - in my mind open kitchen (Connections Eatery) is different than a show kitchen. I am hoping that there is more we just haven't seen them use yet.

Remember that show kitchen in CommuniCore Hall I mentioned before? Just like over at Connections Café and Eatery where guests can watch our talented culinary team make liege waffles and Baumkuchen, the show kitchen in CommuniCore Hall will offer a look behind the scenes.
EPCOT culinary cast members will whip up mouthwatering dishes and delectable drinks for all kinds of special events and occasions. Who knows, this state-of-the-art show kitchen may even attract a few special culinary guests.
In years past, each festival had its own theme and logo with a different display at the Entrance Plaza and around World Showcase Lagoon. I believe this is the third year with the "Remy" display.
