For those of us who are Christmas Shopping now..Post Here!

ooh I forgot I got DGD2 a cute pair of jeans with 101 Dalmations on it and a matching jean jacket from the Disney Store at the beginning of the year when they were clearanced down to nearly nothing.. I just made sure to grab her size that I thought she'd be in so I could put them back for Christmas.. Thank goodness she didnt grow more than I thought she would :rotfl:

Was the Camp Rock stuff from back to school??

Yes, it was with all the clarenced (sp.) school stuff. All 75% off. At my store it was on a back wall near the Halloween decorations! Hope you can find some. They had LOTS at one of the stores I went to and NONE at another!:confused3 Good Luck!

Where did you get the Wii Fit with Wii ski? Also where did you get the UGGS?

I bought the UGGS at Nordstrom.com. They have free shipping now. I know it does not help much, but it is better than nothing. If your DD is a teen, they might be able to fit into the Big Kids size. I may have mentioned this in my other post but my DD wears a size 7 in Womens, I got her a size 5 in Big Kids, saved about $30.00. I would assume a Womens size 8 would be a Big Kids 6. Please don't rely on that info, I would hate to steer you wrong. :upsidedow

The Wii Fit and the Wii Ski, I ordered from Toysrus.com. It was a bundle. I signed on for an alert thru Wiitracker.com.

I guess I can officially say I started! I got DD a Power Wheels Barbie Lil Trail Rider ATV Quad at Toys R Us for 59.99, they're normally 89.99! WOOHOO!

They have some very good clearance deals at the moment, so I went ahead and plunged in - and shopped without a free shipping code! :lmao:

For anyone with a Molly doll, they have Molly's vanity, which is a good-sized piece of furniture, half-price for $30. One of my nieces has Molly, so that's what she'll be getting this year. That's right about what I spend for her anyway and it's a much better gift that she usually gets! :thumbsup2

I was also able to get two volumes of the Pencil Pages with word games, etc. on the historical grls for $3.50 each and the AG Quiz Book (also about the historical dolls) for $3.00.

There's quite a bit on sale at the moment and I wasn't willing to wait on the chance that a code might come after these are sold out. :santa:

I got my DD the Pocket Rocket mini motorcycle from Toys R Us and got a good deal on that too!!! Plus free shipping!!!

HELP!
My 6 yr old wants a playhouse that transforms into a mansion? Where do I find those??? :rotfl2:

OK so I saw a Wii "bundle" on Wal-Mart.com. It's $577:scared1: , includes system 4 games and 1 accessory. Unless I'm missing something, this doesn't seem like a very good deal. Anyone else see this?

For those of you looking for a Wii - you might try the live.com rebates. I think they are at 30% right now for ebay. You could get a $400 bundle for $275

Is live.com a website? I go there and only shows a search box. Sorry, I've never heard of this, could you supply more details?
Thanks!

you guys are awesome. Only once did i ever shop early and have everything wrapped a month early. It was back in 1998 when dd was born. I knew that i might not be able to go x-mas shopping since her duedate was 12/6. Lil booger didnt come until the 7th an hour after her dad told her if she came that night he'd buy her something(we were at the mall). 1/2 way shopping i had to sit, we ended up leaving and 2 hours later i was dialaded to a 4-lol!

This year i had planned to start early but with dd's communion party, 1st wdw trip coming in Nov, dd's 10 b-day in Dec and our wedding in Jan. We will have to cut our list .

I have no idea what to get dd. She really hasnt mentioned much except WW giftcards and a claires GC.

How cool are wiis? Will a 10 yr girl like it?

maybe i'll pick up a few stocking stuffers at wdw for dd. I'll be with ya'll next year hopefully shopping away

I did a lot of shopping this past week, but still have a lot to go! I always aspire to be done by the beginning of Nov, but I always wind up going into early dec, I'm hoping this year will be better!:thumbsup2

The second week of Sept Santa brought the kiddies a new puppy! :lovestruc He left a note that it was here early b/c the puppy needed a good home now, and he knew how much my kids wanted one! Actually we used our elf on shelf to deliver the note (our elf has been in hiding since this past Christmas morning and won't resurface until Thanksgiving am) and to say the kids were awestruck would be an understatement! So that was their big gift, now I've just been doing the other stuff.

Placed a large order on Lego.com of star wars stuff for two older ds's (that stuff sells out so early!) I ordered the flip ultra for older ds last night along with some bakugan stuff and need to order them both refurbished ipods today. Ordered AG stuff for dd's birthday (jan) and Christmas, picked up her dollhouse at costco this week and ordered little ds his power wheels f10 truck from walmart ship to store.

So, I'm doing pretty good, I am working hard to be done by nov this year at least for my immediate family....I can always fill in the grandparents and sisters later....they usually don't need the "hot toys"!:rotfl:

Well I bought DD the Dance Dance Revolution and Ski Wii games and I have placed a deposit down on a puppy so I I have one or 2 more to go. :woohoo:

Mrs Cheap chiming in.

I was at Target today and bought a Spongebob (nPower) camera for son today for $5 ($20). I'm into buying extremely marked down gifts for people. I also got a set of stacking blocks for my cousins 2 year old boy for bday this month...which was marked down to $4.48 ($19). I love Target mark downs!!!

I also have TWO of McDonalds coupons for $5 off $20 Transformers toys! So I am waiting for those to go on sale. Yes I'm cheap and I am proud!

I've been picking up things along the way but my biggest day was yesterday. I went to Kohl's with my 30% off coupon in hand.

My oldest DD will be starting student teaching next semester so she's in need of some "professional" clothes. I shopped the clearance section first and picked her up some pretty nice skirts and shirts. They were all at least 60% off.

I also got each of my girls a new sterling silver chain that they've been wanting. My MIL passed away last Jan and we sent the roses from the funeral to a place that makes them into beads that they set in jewelry. They each picked out a sterling cross and heart for the beads but wanted a shorter chain. The silver was on sale for 60% off.

My middle DD wanted some new jeans as wells as some "professional" clothes (she just started college as a Special Education Major and is observing other classrooms).

The last thing was a white gold necklace. It's an open circle with small baguette shaped diamonds inside. I'm sure that they are not the best quality but the original price was $300 (I never would pay that especially from Kohls.) It was on yellow clearance for $180 but there was an extra discount bringing it down to $49.99. Since I had the 30% off coupon, the necklace was $35.00 and I also got 30% off of everything else.

I'm actually going to start wrapping this afternoon.

I do like that Kohl's will take these back without any problems after the holidays if they don't fit or don't like them. So many other stores won't extend their return dates if gifts are purchased early.

I also picked up a Cricut cartridge at Michaels for my oldest DD when they were on sale for $39.99. Pluse, I got a $5.00 off coupon when I went into the store.

Those are some great bargains! Congrats on getting so much done and at such amazing prices! :thumbsup2

Do you have any information on this place? Website?
Sounds like a neat idea.
Thanks.
