I know of a child with special needs who needs urgent help. I have a link to a website about it. Do you have any ideas about forums or websites I could post it on?

Can you give some more information? "Special needs" is really quite broad. Does the child need access to therapy or medical services? Help with an IEP or school accommodations? Services available in the community? There are tons of websites out there, but without knowing what is your focus it's hard to help.
