I have been looking at buying DVC for awhile now, particularly BCV. On the time share store site I noticed that there are not many sales available now. Is there a certain time of year when there are more for sale ?

Sometimes this site blocks other sites. Besides the Timeshare store, that is a sponsor of dis there are a couple more. If You go to google and type in DVC resales you will see the other big one. There aren't many resales at BCV because it is a small popular resort. I've heard good things about the Timeshare Store, but we used *********** because they had a contract that fit our needs. They were great. Hope this helps.

Rather the looking at their website, just give them a call and tell them what you are looking for.

Sometimes people will start selling shortly before the dues come out so they don't have to pay the next round of annual dues.

BCV is also being ROFR'd much more than the other resorts, so I think owners desperate to sell are able to get rid of their points a lot easier, the supply/demand is more in play with that resort than the others.

Actually, we pay monthly, so the annual dues notice doesn't seem so bad.
