So, it looks like there's a change in our December vacation plans already. Yes, we are still going but it will just be me and Chris and James and Rebecca which is totally fine with me. Not that I don't like Chuck and Alli but now we get to cancel the house that we rented and stay on property I should have waited to book the house really but I really just wanted to snatch it up before someone else did. Either way, no big loss. I'm just excited I get to stay on property with all my favoritest people now!! So now I gotta do research and see if there's any discount codes out there that I can use yet so I can rebook. We really want to stay at All Star Music Family Suits if at all possible. There's an AP discount going on that Rebecca is going to check on and she's also going to check and see if there's any way she can get a Cast Member discount since she works for Rain Forest. I really hope one of those perks works out. If worse comes to worse we can see if she can get a Florida Resident rate or something. *crosses fingers for a good deal*

hey QM! That's cool. Was it fun? I found temping to be kinda fun. Fresh and new cuz you're not in the same place for long, ya know?

I don't think there are many pages. I don't remember when you were here last but you've got to see what OB did to her kids for April Fool's Day, and the 2 new pics that Marshay posted. Also, Steph is going to get married next month and Jason has actually been sleeping 6-7 hours stretches at night. Lucky her!

Actually it was really different than anything I've ever done. It was the pumps that pump the IVs through people's systems that I was working on. We had to (after they were thoroughly washed) completely reset them and download data and get them cleared out and ready for new patients. It was interesting. But there was a lot of downtime. I read an entire book yesterday, Danielle Steel's "Honor Thyself" and today I read about 1/4 of Mary Higgins Clark's "Pretend You Don't See Her!" Once you set up the machines and had the downloads running you had to just sit and wait so that was when we read. It was a great job though as the people were really nice and it was a good paying assignment, I only wish it were longer!

Hi Michele, I love the temp work too. I like doing different things and having my own schedule but I hate it when its holiday time and you don't get paid for days off, lol. Another thing I like, but find strange, is that it seems that the companies are more than willing to train a temp however if you apply for that job as opposed to temping, and you don't have the experience, they are not willing to train you to be a permanent employee. what kind of sense does that make? It gives you lots of experience though in different things which looks good on your resume!

I got called in the morning yesterday that someone working one of the temp assignments had a death in the family and they needed me to go fill in for the rest of yesterday and today. So I jumped up, got ready, headed into downtown Orlando and got a whopping 13 hour this week! It's better than nothing.

Anyway I have been absent the past few days so I need to catch up. I hope there aren't a lot of pages! If there are, who wants to give me the Reader's Digest Version? Hmmmm?

What about getting two rooms and staying at movies

Well, I did since we had the group and it made it cheaper for everyone but I ultimately love staying on property. Plus now that Sharky is going at the same time I was kind of bummed I would get to do the EMH's with them and now I can!!

Okay.. Just got word that it's strep throat

Well we are home. I tell you this gorl of mine is aging me more everyday. She came home early from her concert last night because she didn't feel good. I figured that with her headaches that all would be okay. Today I sent her to school with her knowing that she could call me if need be. Well she called me during fourth period because her stomach hurt so after I picked her up we went to the grocery store to get her some soup and she started shivering and her teeth were chattering and she had goose bumps on her arms the whole bit. She decided to go sit in the van because she was hurting and cold. By this evening her fever had kept going up so I called and talked to the nurse and they said to take her to the emergency room because they thought she had appendex problems. But after blood tests and such the DR examed her and declared it to be strep throat. So now she has antibiotics to take too.

Honestly tonight was rough for me on many fronts. Worrying about Kody and it will be two years this Saturday that I went to the same emergency room and didn't come home for five months and one week. I kind of wanted to cry honestly. Now I am going to go to bed. Good night all.
