Having posted with this person...he is a wonderfully intelligent person who stands by his convictions. Always. Some could learn many lessons from him.

I'm not going to bash on that poster, but since you posted this I will say that there is absolutely nothing I can learn from that poster.

Perhaps. Maybe the rest of the free world has it all wrong, and the DIScons are the only one who know what a truly amazing president he was. We are lucky to have such astute political insight on this board. Maybe Bush can hire a few of the folks here to go on record to help him change his public image, they certainly seem very sure of themselves.

Actually, if you judged by when they left, the President considered the worst ever by everyone, both here and in the rest of the free world, was Truman. There is a reason why real historians wait at least 20 years to say what kind of a president someone was.

Do I think he was an amazing president? No. It would take a lot of stuff to come from the classified documents for me to think that. But the worse? I can think of 2 off hand, possibly 3. Buchanan and Carter come right to mind.

I don't pretend to know anyone who I see post on the interwebs. That must be a different set of skilz. Even those that I can likely deduce to have the same political leanings, I would never be so presumptious as to think I know them.

And what "grosses me out" is the fact that some here have the nerve to bash on a person who isn't even here to defend himself.

I would love to see him succeed, because that will mean the country is moving forward.

But the people he's choosing is not change, not even close.

Maybe it'll work out for us, but I just don't see it happening. I hope I'm wrong.

I hope he suceeds as well. I agree about the people he is choosing not being change, but with what we are facing that isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I don't see it happening either, at least if he follows through on his campaign promises, but I do wish him the best.

Everbody makes judgements every day, all day. It's how we get thorugh life. And really, aren't you making judgements of your own, in your posts? Of course you are.

When someone posts about their illicit drug use, I make judgements about that person. Seems reasonable.....

You are calling an awful lot of attention to this annonymous poster that you are supposedly protecting.

And just for your info - I was honestly confused about your ewing. At first I thought it was referring to the annonymous poster that you seem intent on identifying. Like maybe pointing out how gross he was would tell us all who he was. It wasn't clear to me at all. It's the kind of thing I can even see mentioning if there was ever a thread asking about posts you didn't get. If I ever did, it wouldn't occur to me to mention your name or even remember who I was talking about. I would simply be talking about a post I didn't get - not bashing you individually.

We could not point out the flaws in our Country or President. If we did, we were seen as Anti-American by the current Administration and his minions.

I find it fascinating that the people who fell straight in line do nothing but bash the 44th President before he has even taken office. Which Country exactly do you put first?
