?? for beer drinkers

I don't drink beer. But I was wondering if refridgerated beer ever goes bad? We have 1 can in the fridge and I need to use it for my beer can chicken recipe and was wondering if it was good still. I believe it is Stroh's beer.

Beer should have an expiration date on it. How old is it? Why not just crack it open and give it a swig?

There are codes on the bottom, no expiration date. I really don't want to go buy a 6 pack for my chicken. WOuld prefer to use this one up if it is still fresh.

Fresh or not, I don't think Stroh's will be a plus for your recipe. They do sell single "tall boy" type cans and bottle of beer for a couple bucks

Ok, thanks! I will run up to 7-11 when I have to get beer and look for the tall boy!
