Disney Hotel Workers May Strike
Later today some Walt Disney World hotel workers could vote to go on strike.

The vote is on a contract that affects 400 of the hotel's 2,000 workers. They are unionized housekeepers, seamstresses, and laundry workers at the Swan and Dolphin hotels.

Votes will be cast between 5 and 6 tonight at the Dolphin hotel.

jj...........

well????

What was the voting result???

Anyone know where to get the info??

We are staying at the Dolphin right now - we have noticed no change.

If anything changes in the next several days we will let you know..

oour local news reported a strike vote was approved!!! Hope its resolved quickly

With less than eleven days to go to our first stay at the Dolphin, we hope these valuable employees will not be denied. They are the nuts and bolts of these resorts and more than deserve their fair due. Let's hope that Tishman/Starwood will see this in the best interests of all.
