Just make a regular box of macaroni and cheese, then put it in a glass casserole dish, and empty a large can of diced tomatoes packed in water on top. Then crush about 12 Ritz crackers, and pour in a tbsp. of melted margarine, and mix until the crushed cracker is a bit moist, but not a pastePut the moistened crackers on top and put the casserole dish in the oven (375 degrees, I think) for about 20 minutes.
It's not a very precise recipe, and it's pretty hard to screw up. I think it tastes really good, and so do my brothers and sisters, when I make it for them. I don't make it from the box if I'm eating it, I really prefer homemade macaroni.
I have hundreds of recipes that I've compiled into a notebook, and I'll type some out for you later, when I find a minute. I'm going out somewhere in about five minutes. To narrow it down, what kinds of recipes are you looking for?
