i cook i'm taking Food Tech for a GCSE (which i believe is Home Economics in the USA) which reminds me i have to choose which path i'm gonna follow... make meals following a certain guideline or make cakes, biscuits & pastries following a certain guideline...

Go with the meals. Baking can be a little harder at first.

Sparx is totally right, my dad is a chef and has cooked for a lot of people like, Bruce Springsten, Bon Jovi, Joe Pessi, and a lot of others.

What kind of chef is he? Does he work at a restauraunt?

I don't think they put enough egg into the mixture. Egg is a good ingredient for structure, especially in baking.

Very easy, but I hate chicken in them. And I use corn tortillas.

I got a recipe for an Enchilada Casserole.
1 LB ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 TSP chili powder
1 1/2 TSP ground cumin
1/2 TSP pepper
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 cup water
11.5 ounce jar of taco sauce
6 corn tortillas cut into halves
Cheddar Cheese shreded


Cook meat and onion in skillet, add chili powder, cumin, pepper, garlic, and water. Simmer until water evaporates.
Cover bottom of 9X13 pan with taco sauce. Put 3 tortillas on the bottom. put meat on tortillas. Add cheese ontop of that. Put more taco sauce on cheese. Put 3 tortillas over it. put more sauce and cheese ontop of that.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5.
