Food & Wine question

Hi,

We will be arriving on November 11th, which leaves us with only a few days to try the Food & Wine Festival. Don't have park passes for Thursday. Hearing that the crowds are very heavy on the weekend, we will probably go on Friday. When do the food booths open? Is it an all day thing, so we can go in the afternoon, or do they open closer to dinner. Just want to go when the crowds are the least.

Most of the booths were open by lunch and seemed open at the same time as World Showcase. there were a few that didn't open till later in the afternoon, but from what I saw, everything was open before evening.

It appeared the booths ran pretty close to the WS hours.
