Food & Wine Late October

What are our chances of getting ANY resort at 7 months in late October? We eventually want to stay at all the resorts so anywhere is fine though we'd really like to get VGF. I figure BWV & BCV studios will all be taken. I know it's a popular time for DVC but historically has there been a decent amount of availability at the non-epcot area DVCs if you are ready to book as soon as booking opens?

SSR will be open, likely also OKW and AKV savanna and standard view, at least at Kidani. Any near park resort will be an issue at that time of year as it is a high demand time all around and not just for BWV and BCV, and if looking for a studio at VGF, you chances will likely be very slim.

That's what I figured. I guess my next question is, if I waitlist the stay at VGF, it's just for 2 nights, would you waitlist both nights separately? Or just do the whole stay?

Would you switch resorts for just one night? If not, then I would waitlist both nights together. If you would switch, then go for 2 waitlists.

You'll get it... Especially if you are looking at a weekday....
