Food & Wine Festival-Do they still have Party of the Senses?

Is this still a special event during the Food & Wine Festival?

They did last year. They have not released most of the events for this year yet. They just barely released the dates. i would expect to see more information released in the next 1-2 months.

It got a lot of bad reviews last year.

Have never done it. It always looked like a lot of money for what it was. And there were so many other events that seemed much more interesting for us.

My husband and I did it last year for the first time and absolutely loved it. I will say that getting it reserved was a pain - they didn't actually release the reservations on the morning they were supposed to, so it took a couple of hours to get things squared away. I imagine that was a fluke, though.

It has been part of the Festival for many years now. Note that it is not offered every weekend so there is no guaranty it will be happening during your visit. As another person stated there are many other events going on that many of us believe are more bang for your buck. I did PFTS one time many years ago, while I found it enjoyable to experience once I prefer to spend my $ on other events.
