Food & Wine - Culinary Demonstrations

Hi - I was wondering if anyone knows if Disney will post a description or title of the Culinary Demonstration for each chef. I saw in the festival guide where the resturant and name of the chef is listed, but not what they will be demonstrating.

during past festivals that information has not been released until the day of the actual demo.

They put up a sign at the beginning of the day which states what will be served.

I would assume they are going to continue doing that, now that they're going to charge admission for the demos. Someone who doesn't eat meat would likely not want to pay $8 just to find out they are demonstrating beef ribs, for example.

Oh, that makes planning in advance a little more difficult...

Does anyone know if the only way to find out is by going to Epcot (and I'm guessing, the Festival Welcome Center)? Do you think I can ask the hotel guest services desk and they'd be able to find out with me having to go all the way to Epcot?
