Food Scented Candles...

...Do they make you hungry?
I have this amazing smelling candle, Pumpkin Spice, I think it's called. I burn it when I exercise and I love it! I have heard that these types of candles often cause cravings. It seems to satisfy my cravings. Do they affect anyone in a negative way?

I'm off to do Pilates with Pumpkin Spice! Yummmmm!

I love the Home Interiors candle! My favorites are vanilla, peach and baked apple pie! I've never noticed that they make me hungry but they do have a calming affect. It's like having the comfort food without the calories!! Maybe by satisfying our sense of smell our sense of taste is satisfied too! Now if I could find a candle that smells like Moose Tracks I'd be in heaven!!
