Food Rocks??

I ahve heard rumors about Food rocks closing down and this is my all time favorite show. Has anyone heard the same and if so have any information on what they will be turning it into?

Last day will be 1/3/04. The "Food Rocks" area will be the new pre-show/qeue for Soarin' Over California at Epcot.

What is Soarin' Over California, is it already open? Is Disney only shutting down food rocks or are they also shutting down more attractions in The Lands. This deeply saddens me...

It is currently under construction between "The Land" and "JIYI". This was the original sight for a "Hollywood themed" attraction which blossomed into Disney-MGM Studios.

I really enjoyed Soarin Over California, and am very happy that it is coming to Epcot. HOWEVER, I really wisah they could squish the line for it around Food Rocks. This show makes me laugh so hard I cry.. it will be missed by me.

Since I am missing this by one day, if anyone knows where I can get the music from Food Rocks, I would be very grateful.

I am so mad! We are arriving 1/9 and will miss it. We thought we'd be able to see it one last time this trip! I love the music in this version, but LOVED the music in the original much better.

everyone take a little time out to say a final fairwell to two characters who just the mention of their names sends me into giggle fits....

Neal Mousaka (sp?) and Pita Gabriel.

Geez, i would just laugh my butt off in this attraction.

I will be sad to see it go, but am looking forward to something new and exciting.
