Food options during Magic Kingdom Extended Evening Hours?

Hello!
Does anyone know what (if any) QS locations or snack carts are avaiable during EEH at MK? Trying to figure out if we need to grab drinks/snacks prior to the start at 10pm or if things are still available throughout the event.

We’ve been a couple times, sorry, I can’t remember specifics, but there’s very little open. I think the popcorn cart near Adventureland in the hub was open when we were leaving the last time, but that’s the only specific one I remember.

I do know we ate at Casey's at the beginning of EEH one time, but I do think it was closed when we were leaving.

In April we got hot pretzels from The Lunching Pad (I think) after 11pm, it was someplace relatively close to Space Mountain. I was surprised they were open. Then Storybook Treats by Winnie the Pooh was open for ice cream at 12:30am. Not much “food” food tho.

Casey's was open until close when we were there this past March.

The Plaza ice cream shop is open (at least it was last year).
