Has anyone used JetBlue? How was it/service?

I am flying out in August with DH and my two kids, (6,3) and JetBlue has the best rate but I have never used them and I am curious.

Please let me know something about them!!

Thank you very much!!

We have flown JetBlue many times. I really like that each seat has its own tv. We always had good service and were very happy with them. Other than the problems a couple weeks ago I haven't heard any other problems.

Seeing as the chance for snow in August is virtually nil... you should be fine! :rotfl:

I have heard lots of nice things about JetBlue. The recent episodes notwithstanding, they usually get high marks for customer service.

:thumbsup2

I only fly Jet Blue! No really, even if the fare was higher, if jet Blue flys there then I pay the higher fare.

It's a great airline if you are traveling with kids, because they have the tv's so it's built in entertainment. The stewards are always super friendly, check in has never been anything but a breeze. It's just great.

As others have said, Jet Blue has great service and the seat-back screens are a nice feature. August brings plenty of t-storms to Florida, and even JB is not immune to potential disruptions and delays due to weather. I'd suggest looking for early morning/late night flights if possible.

That's exactly what I was thinking, but there is a risk of hurricanes....:rotfl:

(Not only is JetBlue not immune to weather delays, they have recently proven that they have no idea how to function in the event of a major weather issue. I expect they are working on that problem however!)

We love Jet Blue (with the caveat that we were not among those grounded over Valentines Day ;) )! Here's another great thing about them: my hubby and I purchased $99 each way fares, and later the price went down to $79 for each leg of our flight. We simply called Jet Blue and asked if they would give us a credit for the price difference, and they did so without any change fees or hassles, and now we have an $80 credit for our next trip. :) Once I tried to get a fare adjustment on Delta (I hate them for many, many reasons), and they charged us the $100 fee per ticket to lower the price so I think it's nice that Jet Blue doesn't charge for fare adjustments/credits.

I fly them almost every other week. They're great!

Just came back from flying JetBlue...Flew BOS-MCO 3/5 and MCO-BOS 3/8...They are great, and I won't go back to Delta unless their fares suddenly turn incredible (doubtful)...I love that they have tv..That makes any flight fly by!

Having a family with 3 young children, we do love JetBlue. I wish they were cheaper here from Syracuse, NY, for the times we really wanted to go on our next trip. We reluctantly booked USAir for a one-way flight down to MCO. We will be flying home on JetBlue though and are happy at least with that!

I used JetBlue this past December, and thought they were great! Love the seating and the TVs. Loved that they didn't change the schedule once (both AA and Delta changed their flights at least twice a week). Had no problems with them whatsoever (but would have been LIVID if I'd been flying this past February!), wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
