Flying Into Tampa - Getting to Disney

Has anyone had experience flying into Tampa and then obtaining transportation to Disney. We are staying at the Poly and would prefer not to rent a car. I was wondering if there was a good service that anyone else has ever used.

I ended up renting a car two years ago from Tampa. Myself and my ex-girlfriend went to Tampa for some spring training baseball and some warm weather, and were planning to go to Busch Gardens. We found that for Tampa in general you really need a car, so we gave in. Then we decided it would be Disney instead of BG.

We had been thinking about Disney before-hand, and the only option seemed to be Greyhound, to get to Orlando. The bus was an hour or two. I'd definitely suggest getting a rental car.

Thanks for the advice. We are struggling with airfares and are finding better rates going into Tampa, however when you factor in car rental rates, it seems better to fly into Orlando and use the Magic Express.

How long are you staying? Maybe you can just rent the car for the first and last days?
