I like it and I am a filet or rib eye type of girl.

They really do an excellent job with this steak at Flying Fish, and believe me, I am picky about my steak. Ask for sauce on the side.

I am a filet loving gal too but DH ordered this in Oct and man it was incredible...we are going back in June because he cannot get it off his mind.

If you want a killer filet go to Jiko, wowza it was amazing
