Now that Fulton's is on the dining plan for next year I'm rethinking my Flying Fish ADR. :confused3 I would love opinions on which you prefer. So excited, we're at 20 days!!!!

I haven't gone to Flying Fish, but I'm not a great fan of Fulton's Crab House. I remember Fulton's Crab House being amazing many years back, but recently it's become over-priced and the food just isn't what it used to be. I think ordering the huge appetizers would have been better than ordering the expensive, small-sized entrees at Fulton's.

We like Fulton's - but like Flying Fish much more. We think the food is better, service is good at both.

I enjoy both of your choices, but feel that they're different. We go to the FF for my DH who enjoys fish. I don't, so I order a steak (which is fabulous there). We go the Fulton's for sea food, particularly crab, which we both enjoy. I don't think you'll go wrong with either. If you haven't already, you might want to check out the menus on allearsnet.com

Fulton's never impressed us. Flying Fish is in our top 2 Signatures that accept the DDP (the other being Citricos, we can't decide which we like better).

We've done both and FF is significantly better than Fultons IMHO. The overall dining experience, just seems to be much higher at FF. Of course, so is the price.

I'm personally a fan of Fulton's but maybe we've just been lucky each time :confused3
I usually just stick to the crab and some soup (the lobster bisque is amazing), so I can't really say I've tried alot of stuff. Regardless, it's a must go for us each time we're there.
I don't think you can go wrong with either though - enjoy!

We love the Flying Fish. Like others have said the two are two totally different dining experiences.

We will be eating at Flying Fish for the first time next month, but will not be going back to Fulton's. Ate there the night before a cruise and it did not impress us at all.

Flying Fish, hands down. I wouldn't even put it into the same catergory as Fultons..

We have never eaten at Flying Fish, but the several times we ate at Fulton's in the past year it was great. I'm concerned about it going on the dining plan, though, since that's when restaurants tend to get dummied down.

If I had to choose between these two, I prefer Flying Fish over Fulton's.

OP thanks for making this thread. Ever since I read that Fulton's is back on the DDP, I too have been contemplating whether to change our FF ADR to Fulton's. But after reading all of these posts, I think I am going to go ahead and leave my FF ADR. We can always put Fulton's on our list of things to try when we return in September :goodvibes.

I've never eaten at Fultons but my girlfriend did in November and she said it was a waste of money.

She stated the food lacked flavor and was way over priced. She recommended that we stay away.

FF - it's VERY good. (my 7 year-old son asked me to put that here)

We only take our kiddos near opening, and they always have to "dress-up" to go, but we've gone with and without them and it's fabulous. :happytv: (another one my son wanted me to add and really doesn't fit, lol (he asks, "what does lol mean?") :rotfl:

We just raved so much about it after our 10th anniversary dinner that the kids wanted to try it for our 11th. Then the kids told my sister and niece how much they loved it, and our party of 2 became a party of 6 for our 12th anniversary.

(yes, we did celebrate as 2 a few days beforehand :santa: ("put up the santa guy he says")

Without a doubt...Flying Fish.

In fact, I had one of the best meals of my life at FF last May. Diver Scallops, an OUTSTANDING tomato and mozzarella salad worth every penny of the $15 price tag. And the best darn grape martini on the planet.

Yep, Flying Fish.

I'm not entirely sure why these two are even comparable, except they both could be considered seafood places.

Flying Fish. No doubts, questions, hesitations, or second guessing. Flying Fish.

I agree! FF is our favorite Signature.

If on the basic DDP I always pay OOP for that tomato mozzarella salad. Ummm, love it.:cloud9: I'm also a fan of the scallops, as long as they aren't served with the English pea risotto they frequently are. I detest English peas and if the scallops come with the English pea risotto that night, I always order the steak. If the risotto is the pumpkin sage or dried tomato, then I order the scallops.:rotfl: For desseert, I pretty much always get whatever dessert trio they're serving that night or the cheese plate. I like their ice wine, but have never tried their grape martinis. May have to give one a try.:rotfl:
