Are there any plans for going to the AC or PI?

Since we are only there for 4 nights I think we might skip Illuminations and the R&C dinner so that we can head over there.

Anyone else want to come?

I think I will try the AC. I am not much into parades, so I am skipping the party at MK on Friday evening and will likely go to DTD that night. I will probably have a sandwich at Earl's, do some shopping then head to the AC. It will be my first time.

I was very disappointed in the results of the last poll for Eric. the question was who should he promise to take to the final 2.

they made it so freakin easy for him. I voted for someone much harder than that.

No problem. As you can see from my earlier post, I am not a fan of steak so I won't be doing Le Cellier. lol Rose and Crown was something I wanted to try last time so I think I'll stick with that. For now.....

Beth, I don't eat meat and I am going to Le Cellier. They should have a meat free dish and if not, the chefs are awesome about throwing something together. I had a few special dishes last year because of food allergies.

I don't see anything on there but the soup that I would like, but I plan to call and speak to the chef before I leave and explain the situation (food allergies, reflux, etc.....) and they are usually pretty good about making something else. I learned that on my last trip. I didn't even have to ask, they offered!
I will say that this dish from Rose & Crown sounds super yummy though!

Sometimes it was fun. Sometimes it was a pain in the neck. I do love the looks I get now when I tell people how many sisters & brothers, nieces & nephews I have. It's something like this:

I am familiar with that look! My mom is one of nine and I have around 50 cousins.

I only grew up with two brothers but have recently learned that I have three sisters, a step sister and a brother. I guess that makes me one of 8? Sort of?

Brothers are way worse! I can take the screaming but man oh man my brothers thought it was great to fart in the car and try to stink everyone out. THey took great pride in it

YAY for October. It's my birthday and Halloween!! Although as I am getting older, the birthday part is less exciting.

Well, I guess everyone is gone for the night.

We just got home a little while ago. We went down to Fremont street to walk around and buy a tee shirt for my cousin. They were selling deep fried Twinkies and Oreos so we got one of each and shared them. I didn't care for it at all but at least I can say I've tried it. lol

It rained so hard earlier the subways are flooded.
Looks like LIRR is now having huge problems.

Kat, I give you all the credit for walking.
I had to walk 17 blocks from the LIRR and I all I want to go in the shower.

It's disgusting outside.
