If I'm only travelling between Orlando/WDW/Port Canaveral/Tampa, would there be any instance I would find that I cant pay cash for a toll road. I would prefer to not have to get the Plate Pass Hertz offers. From what I've seen I am correct, but though I would double check with those that know.
Thanks a bunch!!

All toll booths along this route have cash lanes. We suggest that you get a receipt whenever possible even though you may have to wait in line.

the crosstown expressway in Tampa is electron only

you should not need to get anywhere near this road ... but if you get lost . . .

The I-4/Selmon Expressway Connector (also known as the Crosstown Connector) is a toll road that carries traffic between Interstate 4, the Selmon Expressway (SR 618), and the Port of Tampa east of Ybor City in the city of Tampa, Florida.

Overhead toll gantries on the highway eliminates the need for toll plazas, as
Florida's Turnpike is making such gantries standard for all new toll facilities. SunPass and the "We Bill You" (Toll-by-Plate) program is utilized.

So as long as we stay away from that Crosstown Expressway we should be good.
We will be going from WDW to Port Canaveral, back to Orlando, and then to Tampa. So based on what I see we will just have to avoid I4. Thanks all!

WDW to PC, take 417 south of the airport to 528 then east to the port - you avoided I-4

back to Orlando .... if that means WDW then the same thing applies. If going to Orlando proper, you can take 417 "north" to 408 to get to the city proper.

You will take I-4 to go to Tampa ... no way to avoid it unless you take secondary roads which I would not do. Just avoid rush hours at all costs from Orlando downtown thru the Disney area. South (west) of WDW I-4 isn't nearly as bad.
